I think we should have zoos because zoos teach people about the animals and there natural involvement . Zookeepers and zoo vets care about the animals and work hard to give the animals a happy life. zoos teach people to respect and love wild animals . if we didn’ t have zoos the animals would be endangered , starve , escape, and get hurt . we have zoos to keep the animals safe and to share the information about the animals . We need zoos to help endangered animals. Its why we have zoos people.

We learned about gluten in rm 12 . Gluten is found in flour and soy and dairy . And gluten is protein. And it builds muscles. Gluten is fun to make and knead I love playing with squishy stuff.
Some people used high grade flour and some used plain flour. I used high grade and then we rinsed the dough and made fry bread. The fried bread was very delicious but it was gross without jam.

My name is Eva and I’m going to tell you about gluten gluten has two kinds of protein called gluten and collided with gluten and butter mix together equals gluten when we made the types of the week with the dog we were left with two types of day one was easy to break The other so was hard to break and we could see the gluten gluten looks like it has little Golden circles One of the doughs was high grain flour and The other flower was playing so now you know about Gluten.

Gluten is found in wheat,meat,soy and dairy. Protein builds up your muscles.protein is found in gluten and some other foods but mostly in gluten. Gess what we made gluten and saw it with our own eyes it was so amazing to actually see gluten. While we waited for the dough to cook we went outside for lunch.after lunch we ate the fry bread but the bad thing was that it was hard as an old boot.
Gliadin+water+glutenin=gluten. We used different flours like plain flour and high grain flour.gluten is a protein but before we end I need to show you something. First we rinsed the starch away.next Need the gluten but not to much because everyone’s dose not like hard food. A lot of gluten is stickey and strechey before baked.

We had to make the dough and then leave the dough over night. the dough is made out of water and flour. we made the dough because we wanted to see what gluten did.
After, we washed the dough. It was really sticky and gooey but we had to wash it away so it was not gooey any more. When we washed it we ended up with a little bit of gluten. we Used some of our dough to make fried bread. there was to much gluten so that is why it was too chewy. It was really hard but I still did like it.

Experiment why well me experimented because it’s FUN! We add a plane flour and one bowl and High What grade flour in another bowl then we put water in each bowl with the flour. I’ll tell you the results in the test result part another experiment we put the dough in a sieve and rinse the starch it was like snow melting in water. We baked another dough with oil in a hot pan but Vashti my teacher Cook it but it was delicious with Yum!!❤️🐾. NO WAIT!* THERES MORE! phew you didn’t go! So now the test results this is some stuff that helped us get the results right A bowl ,clean hand, flour ,water ,big mixing spoon and a sieve in high grade and plain flour in different bowls where’s the water and them and mixed = Dough. So flour and water make them the results of rinsing flour is = Just gluten. If you make the dough and cook it with oil in a pan you make = fry bread well it is very chewy just add jam YUM!❤️🐾wow gluten is amazing you should really try this experiment.Wait listen to this I’m a super hero. no your not they don’t exist. Ok well enough telling you about gluten.ok so we made fried bread and instead of calling it fried bread we called it rock bread because we were mixing it io much and it pushed all the air bubbles out but it still tastes nice. So now you know what gluten is and fried bread just be careful .
