Hello my name is Paul and I want to tell you a question. Have you ever wanted a risotto to taste like sweet candy and icing sugar on top? Well you”re in luck. Go to garden to table.It was a lovely sunny morning to go to garden to table when they had the idea to make risotto… HOW TO MAKE RISOTTO/Cut of the pumpkin skin. Cut the pumpkin into little cubes and put it in a bowl. Put it in a tray and bake it. Get 4 garlic pieces . Smash them and peal it. Get about 5 onions. Peal the skin of the onion and cut it into little cylinders. Get the garlic you pealed and chop it in to little pieces. Put it in the pan and fry it. Get some rice and fry it. Make a vegetable stock. Grate any cheese you want. mix everything together. Put a small bit of sage on it. We go to garden to garden to table to save more money. Other than going to the supermarket and getting processed food. It”s a period of lot”s and lot”s of fun. And if you go to garden to table you would get lots of dishes! not just a little risotto.

on Wednesday the1st of may we went to garden to table in room10 . 1group made very healthy salad and the other group made Anzac biscuits but we made a pumpkin risotto with rice.so we first chopped up pumpkin in very tiny pieces and put them in a pot and boiled them.after the pumpkin was boiled we mushed it up and set it aside.how to make the rice.we first fried the rice for a while then we put the water in and let it cook for a bit. After it cooked for a bit we put the mushed up pumpkin in the pan of rice and let it cook.after that we put the risotto on 5 plates and serve .
